Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped or produced for a full refund.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@uklisshaircare.com before returning any items to confirm the correct return address.
Important notes:
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- No restocking fees will be charged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—processing times may vary.
