This policy below outlines the procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds for orders placed on this website (uklisshaircare.com).
We can accept an order cancellation only before the product has been shipped.
To Cancel Your Order: Please contact our customer support team immediately. If the cancellation is successful, we will issue a full refund.
Refund Timeline: Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, as the final crediting time depends on your payment provider.
After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our return policy below once you receive your item.
Return Shipping Fees:
Other Costs: UKLISS reserves the right to seek recourse for any additional costs incurred during the return process (such as duties or handling fees). If applicable, these charges will be deducted from your total refund amount.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Returns Due to Incorrect/Incomplete Address:
If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address (as verified by the carrier's tracking information), the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee if a refund is requested. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If the customer chooses to have the order reshipped instead of refunded, no fee will be charged for the second shipment.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt.
Approval or Rejection: We will then notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected based on the item's condition.
Issuing the Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card) within a specified number of business days.
